NOL Migration Update (February 5, 2026)

Status & Dependencies

The migration of NOL liquidity remains directly tied to the finalization of the Solver V3 infrastructure and its integration with the Sodax AMM.

• Solver V3: The core execution upgrade is now complete.
• Sodax AMM Integration: This is the current active dependency. As noted in other updates, this is scheduled for production on February 23.

Rationale for Strategy

We are maintaining the current liquidity position until the Sodax AMM is fully operational. Moving liquidity prematurely would result in:

• Zero Fee Generation: Assets would sit idle without a functional AMM to process swaps.
• Lack of Arbitrage: to execute revenue-generating arbitrage opportunities.

By waiting until all systems are "up to scratch," we ensure that the moment the liquidity is migrated, it is immediately productive.

Revised Timeline

• Integration Phase: Finishing Sodax AMM integration by late February.
• Migration Window: The transition of NOL into the new infrastructure is planned for late February to early March 2026.

Status

No additional NOL has been migrated to the new infrastructure since the last update.

Strategy and Dependencies

The migration of the remaining liquidity is strictly dependent on the completion of the Solver V3 execution component.

• Sonic AMM Integration: The deployment of the Solver V3 execution piece will bring the Sonic AMM online.
