NOL Migration Update (January 5, 2026)

Status

No additional NOL has been migrated to the new infrastructure since the last update.

Strategy and Dependencies

The migration of the remaining liquidity is strictly dependent on the completion of the Solver V3 execution component.

• Sonic AMM Integration: The deployment of the Solver V3 execution piece will bring the Sonic AMM online.
• Rationale for Delay: Moving liquidity prior to the Solver V3 execution rollout would result in underutilized capital. Without the Solver connection, the liquidity would fail to generate optimal revenue. Waiting for the execution layer ensures that liquidity is immediately productive upon migration.

Timeline

• Target Completion: The migration is expected to be finalized by mid-February.
• Revised Deadline: In a worst-case scenario, all liquidity will be transitioned to the new infrastructure by the end of February.

NOL Migration Update 09/09/2025

• Initial Plan: The original approach was to estimate fixed amounts of NOL to migrate per time period.
• Validator Input: Validators suggested a more flexible process, with one vote authorizing the entire migration.
• Governance Outcome: A vote passed to escrow NOL ownership, allowing withdrawals in variable amounts as needed.
• Next Steps: Starting in early September, migrations will proceed gradually, aligned with partner rollovers to the new infrastructure.

This checklist covers governance, asset handling, and communication steps to migrate a portion of NOL into the Sodax Money Market.
