Hyper-EVM Update

• Deployments are complete and the chain is connected.
• Remaining work includes:
  • Solver integration with a native AMM
• SDK integration began in September (no progress was made in August).
• Current focus is on building the SDKs.
• Once backlog items and solver issues are resolved, the solver will be integrated and made available through the SDKs for partner use.
