Bridge SDK – Project Status Report

Core Function

• The Bridge SDK enables bridging of native assets across supported chains using our token standard.
• Example 1: Bridging SUI from the Sui chain to Sonic, where it becomes SODA SUI.
• Example 2: Bridging SUI from the Sui chain to Lightlink, where:
  • SODA SUI is minted on Lightlink, but with a custom name sui.ll based on chain-specific naming requirements.

Next Iteration

• Expands functionality to support bridging of native tokens from any adopted chain to any other chain that has implemented the token standard.
• This makes the Bridge SDK universal for cross-chain token movement.

Purpose

• Designed to allow both partners and new adopters to:
  • Integrate the SDK into their own bridging systems for blockchains.
  • Enable application builders to make user-friendly bridging experiences.
• Ensures standardized SODA variants can be easily minted and transferred across ecosystems.

Current Status

• Bridge SDK has been built, tested, deployed, and shared with partners.
• Partners can already integrate it into their ecosystems.
